BOE DV150X0M-N17 is a 15-inch 4:3 XGA industrial TFT-LCD panel with 1500 cd/m² high brightness, HADS wide viewing angle, matte surface and LVDS interface for outdoor & industrial display applications.

Product Overview

The DV150X0M-N17 is a high-performance 15.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module manufactured by BOE, featuring classic 4:3 XGA resolution of 1024(RGB)×768. Adopting HADS normally black transmissive technology, this display delivers ultra-wide viewing angles of 89° in all directions, ensuring clear image visibility from any perspective.

Boasting 1500 cd/m² typical high brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio, this panel performs excellently under strong ambient light. The 25% haze matte surface effectively eliminates glare and reflections. It supports 16.7M colors with 72% NTSC color gamut and 14ms gray-to-gray response time, presenting stable and vivid visuals.

The backlight system uses 12S4P WLED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours and integrated LED driver. The signal interface is single-channel LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit), 20 pins with 1.25mm pitch, driven by 3.3V typical voltage. This non-touch module weighs 800±50g, with overall dimension 326.5(H)×253.5(V)×12.9(D) mm. It supports an extreme wide temperature range from -30℃ to +80℃ for operation and storage, perfectly suited for harsh industrial environments.
