Product Overview

The EV150X0M-N10 is a 15.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module manufactured by BOE, adopting classic 4:3 aspect ratio with XGA resolution of 1024(RGB)×768. It features BOE ADS normally black transmissive technology, delivering 89° ultra-wide viewing angle on all four directions with stable color reproduction.

This industrial panel comes with 350 cd/m² typical brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio. The surface is treated with matte anti-glare coating (Haze 25%) plus 3H hard coating, effectively resisting scratches and reducing ambient light reflection. It supports 16.7M display colors with 72% NTSC color gamut and 30ms total response time, offering clear and stable image output.

The backlight system uses 12S4P WLED with a long service life of 50,000 hours and integrated LED driver. The signal interface is single-channel 8-bit LVDS, 20 pins with 1.25mm pitch, powered by 3.3V typical driving voltage. This non-touch module weighs 930g, with outline dimension of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×9.7(D) mm. It can operate reliably at -20 ~ 70℃ and stored within -20 ~ 70℃, well suited for industrial control, HMI, automation equipment and other industrial display scenarios.
